Canyoneering

If you are planning to canyoneer in Arches National Park, you must register by obtaining a free permit. There are no daily limits on routes (except the Fiery Furnace – see below), so you can get a permit on the day of your trip. Registration is free, it increases your safety, and it helps us maintain the desired conditions of the backcountry zone.  ​Visit the Arches National Park webpage on NPS.gov for more details.
